Week 20

Twenty-eight miles is a tall order.
I have been fairly consistent for a while and let´s hope a I´m able to keep it up this week.
Day 133: 8 miles (1:17:24)
Not exactly fast but I´m not complaining either.
Under a 10-min/mile pace, but I was hoping for a little better.
Day 137: 5 miles (49:37)
Uhm, what was that?
Monday…nothing.
Tuesday…nothing.
Wednesday…nothing.
I finally get to running five on Thursday.
It was completed under a 10-min/mile pace, which is nice, but with three days off. I was hoping for a little more. Not to mention…three days off!
I doubt I´m going to be making my goal of twenty-eight miles this week.
Oh, did I forget to mention? I didn´t run on Friday or Saturday either.
Week summary
The goal was twenty-eight, I only managed to run thirteen.
